Decades old, it grew well and flowered in my living room during the Winter of 2022/2023.

Bush, Jr was president when I originally got this plant, but that had nothing to do with my purchase.
I bought it just liked the red... Seeing the plant's name, I was also really thinking more along the lines of George Washington or Abraham Lincoln. Still do.

Although its flowers aren't as huge as some of the newer hybrids, I still like this hibiscus a lot.
It retains a place as one of my favorites.
