"Fire and Ice" Hibiscus

The 6-8" blue flowers light up with a huge red and white sparkling, swirling eye zone. The parents of 'Fire and Ice' are 'Crème de Cacao' and a big gray HVH seedling. The bush is medium sized and upright. Released from HVH in 2012. Hybridizer: C. Black
