I should also add he was shown extensively and never took lower than 2nd place....and that was only once! Also my kids ...mostly my son would go out into the pasture with him and talk... if he had a halter on, my son ..about 3 years old would hold on to his halter and the horse would pick him up ...they would do this till son got tired. The horse respected us all.I could go on and on about this horse... Maybe a book one day!
They say every man is entitled to one good horse in a lifetime. This was mine! Not a good shot and I don't have many other shots of him. Poco Honcho Man,or as we called him Lil'Man. My kids were thrown on his back for hours and he would babysit! The lady on his back here is Marypat.
