There He Goes

Haines, Alaska

This is the bird that was released during the Tlingit Eagle Release Ceremony at the village of Klukwan located on the Chilkat River in Alaska. The little dots in the snow across the river are eagles feeding or just resting. Thanks to Ron Horn for getting us invited to it.

Beautiful photo Bre. The dramatic sky with a touch of sunlight in the gap is really a nice back drop for the eagle.
