Thanks soo much for this!!! I replaced my bulb and ballast a few months ago. Color wheel went a couple days ago. replaced but TV wouldn't come on; specifically, bulb wouldn't light because wheel wasn't spinning. your pics and detail showed I had inserted the ribbon incorrectly. fixed that and VIOLA! thanks!
