The sculpture group "Meeting" by the Chinese artist Wang Shugang is located on Schönleinsplatz and delights visitors and residents of Bamberg with its open arrangement and accessibility on the large square next to the heavily frequented intersection of the old town. Within a very short time, the red lacquered bronze casts have become a popular photo motif, especially since you can playfully join the eight squatting, life-size figures and thus become part of the work of art.

We visited the site in 2016 when they were being installed. My photo has 7 and red tape around the site. Lovely to see the final result.
