No.. this are housings from the socialist aera. The mural is like to safeguard the achievements of socialsm!! Its everywhere to find these relics from the past!

This is quite interesting. What is the story of the mural? It seems out of place on what seems to be a residential building. Great photo, love the strong contrast and glow. V
