3/16 - The Fitzgerald

The Thursday Trans-Atlantic Challenge: Mmmmmmmm, that's sooooooooooooo good!

I am studying the art of the classic cocktail and my current favorite is the Fitzgerald.

1 1/2oz of Gin
1oz Simple Syrup
3/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Shaken with ice and poured into a Rocks glass over ice.

Great Bob! I bought my wife a cocktail making kit at Christmas. She hasn't used it yet though :-( This is making me thirsty!
