It's true. I was at Ali Al-Salem Air Base, and we received over 4 inches of rain in one night.

Errm... Nope. Its most definitely the Kuwait in the Middle East. Yeah I know people think that Kuwait is just desert and no rain, but besides the sandstorms during summer, there are rainstorms (which often can be destructional) and heavy storms which can last for up to a week. So there! ;)

rain up to 6 days a week in kuwait!? you may be talking about some other kuwait in the solar system but not earths kuwait.
