The Trouble with Purple Nodding Trillium

You have to get on the ground to shoot them.

I found a patch of about twenty of them blooming a few hundred yards down the Noland Divide trail at about 6,500 feet. I can't recall having seen such a large number of them before.

other sizes: small medium original auto

Don´t complain. We all have to go to the ground from time to time for the one or the other shot. Results like this show: it´s worth doing it.
