The Sunsets over the Nations Capital

Jefferson Memorial/Tidal Basin, Washington DC

As Herb Knufken once said take a good sunset and wait long enough and
a seagull will fly through. Well in DC if you wait long enough a Super-80
will fly through ;o) Taken during a short pleasant walk around the Tidal Basin.
I'm often looking for a foreground subject to add some interest to my
sunrises/sunsets here a passing plane in the background actually filled my desires.
hope you like it.

Not as great as Torrey Pines but a very nice sunset.

Well I've been known to add that point of interest which riles our friend Herb. Here, you have done a great job of being patient and getting a first class shot.
