Black Pheobe

Quail Botanical Gardens, Encinitas, CA

Its amazing how one relativley small winter storm can really mess up
things in a city that shoud be used to them. Four hours to drive 74 miles
home around the DC beltway, and the last 50 only took one hour. My wife
took five hours to get 56 miles all because people didn't want to slow down
during a freezing rain/sleet storm ;o((( Needless to say just a qick post
again tonight before I head off to bead. This is another sweet shot from
my last trip out to SD.

Nikon D200 ,Nikkor 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6D ED VR AF

Great shot BJ.... and it sounds like your area had its challenges today. I heard they even extended the voting hours.
