Screech Owl

The Wildlife Center, Espanola, NM

This owl has a severely damaged left wing and will never fly again
so it is being used as an educational bird and foster parent. This
screech owl was a rarity in NM. It's normally found on the East Coast
but was found injured in Southern NM.

Very lively shot. Keep up the god work, animals are wonderful, should not be interfered with, other than winter food and, of course, medical care, if possible.
