Dare I think this was a bald eagle in South Texas. I have no idea how common this might be to Texas these days, but this was the first I have seen in five years here. Is there anything else with a white head, white tail and yellow feet? I just wish I could of got clear of the canopy in the Sam Houston National Forest a little sooner so I could have captured a little more detail when he was a little closer. This picture is severely cropped and was taken from well over 200 yards away and was the only one I could get.
