Thank goodness for rechargeable lithium ion batteries! Digi cameras just eat batteries, and unfortunately my trusty Speedlight can be a hungry beast at times, too! Thankfully, I always have a stash of AAs lurking in a drawer for just the sort of non-power situation I found myself in this evening :o)

I find myself charging more and more often. All of my good rechargeables seem to end up in the kids toys.

Got caught out this morning, because rechargeables had run out. Got some of these are the supermarket later as backups. I'm used to cameras with battery packs which can be recharged and seem to last longer. This looks great ..... when it's happened!

I have major issues with my flash and how it eats up batteries. During a wedding I probably eat up about 12 of them!

Ooh, lots of powerful red here and I like those spangly highlight bits in the bg :o) I've got more than a few re-chargeable AA's knocking about too!
