We've had a day of brilliant February sunshine today; it's felt quite like Spring is here at last, and what with the lengthening days (and a rebel-rousing dawn chorus!) daffs and crocii can't be far off. And about time too, I reckon - although January seems to have flown past, we've not had much in the way of good weather recently, just grey, cold and dark days, so Mr. Sunshine was a welcome visitor today :o)
On the way home to Cheltenham, I saw this beautiful cloud formation with the setting sun behind it and pulled off the road at a favourite spot; by the time I'd got the camera out and ready, the sun had sunk a tad lower and these wonderful rays had sprung up....lucky or what?
