Scenes From a Dollar-Fifty Bridge between Stone Harbor and North Wildwood #1

While bike riding along the South Jersey Shore, you cross many small "dollar-fifty" bridges which connect the barrier islands.
Because the Jersey Shore is relatively flat, these bridges often provide the only "elevated" view of the surroundings.

On my June 20, 2014 ride from Sea Isle to the Wildwoods, I enjoyed these views at the $1.50 bridge which connects Stone Harbor with North Wildwood.
Dad's Place is a colorful boat rental and fishing dock at this bridge.

BTW, you only pay in one direction, the bridge fees alternate between a north and south crossing fee as you move up and down the coast,
and bikes and pedestrians can cross for free on these bridges.
