November 15, 2005 Update: I recently received information regarding these apartments as listed on its Grand Opening
Announcement in the ARIZONA DAILY STAR: It opened in early May 1937 in the historic area called "Five Points." Foster and Son was the general contractor and Sundt installed the plumbing, heating, and cooling.

The advertisement in the paper said there were 10 apartments for rent. All air cooled. Every kitchen was electric refrigerated. Twin beds in each apartment (Simmons equipped). Daily maid service provided. Reasonable rates. Complete Automobile service.
