This structure on the corner of 4 th Ave. is being renovated for use as a yoga studio named Anjali.
The owner recently shared some information on the building. He believes it was designed by Drachman (though many believe it was done by Josias Joesler) back in the 1920s for use as a ranch. The west side of it was possibly used as either a Chinese grocery or tailor business. The south part of the building was once home to Rainbow Water Company.
