John Muir Country Park

It has been a beautiful sunny, but cold and windy day.
I went for a walk to John Muir, and sat in the dunes to get out of the wind with my flask of coffee.
And Mack, of course !

Smooth windy and grass.. I can imagining when you take this picture there.. Wind, cold, coffee..hmmm.. and Mark besides you.. it feels thats I also seating there too.. nice n so sweet.. thankyou

How beautiful, Bill! It’s a sure confirmation that to make a good photo one must not look necessarily for any exotic or complicated subject. When one has, like you, a good sense of composition and a good technical basis to use a camera and a sincere love for photography, every simple subject can offer an opportunity for a vibrant and amazing image. The contrast between the bright blue sky and the golden grass under the wind is striking.
