"Dereliction" - Waiting for the Bull-Dozer

The Minto Public Housing project from the seventies - an official failure.
Over 500 townhouses will now be bulldozed, unless the vandals get there first
to make way for modern "private" housing. The land is more valuable than the buildings.

well these were the times... in France too, they have done their short term social housing in the 60ties and 70ties and created devastation: of houses and souls!
