For my work I am involved with safety of the employees in a construction company. So I know the trouble working at height gives with constructions and during construction. On the other hand it is also my opinion that in many situations you have the keep your eyes open yourself. The "Natural Selection" thought. :)
So when I saw this lady standing in a window on the 2nd floor without any safety measures I took a photo of it. In Europe this would be impossible (by law, not in real life).
