This was taken in Jersey, during a rare day when the sun was shining all day long. I had, for years, wanted to take the reflection of a red boat on calm waters, but the opportunity never presented itself. When I saw this, I whipped out my camera without a moment's hesitation. So the photo only took about 1/100 seconds to shoot, but was in the making for a long time!
