The Southern Highlands Reserve is a 130 acre property on Toxaway Mountain west of Brevard NC, dedicated to the cultivation, preservation, and display of plants native to the Southern Appalachian Highlands. It includes completely native areas and professionally designed display gardens. As shown by several of the pictures, it contains beautiful stands of R. vaseyi.
