Each year, the Azalea Society has a convention hosted by one of its chapters. The agenda includes garden tours during the day and talks in the evenings. The last evening includes a banquet and an annual business meeting. Each day includes the opportunity to buy many different varieties of azaleas, companion plants and memorabilia. We think of it as a birthday party where you can meet old friends, make new friends, and generally get immersed in azaleas.
