Flooring added to balcony. Subfloor has extra blocking (cross-bracing) between the joists and a total of 1-5/8" plywood top.
Then weather-proofing, two coating layers for pattern color, and two coats of urethane.
Precast is almost done - vendor has some cosmetic issues to fix on the front sides of the columns.
Iron railing next, and then telescopes : )
