Lunch at a Volcanic Cauldron
On the way to Honduras we stopped for lunch at a lake in a volcanic cauldron. Unfortunately, the air was hazy and we could not see across the lake.
Someone insisted on taking a picture of me, Astrid.

Walking Past One of the Many Ruins
Throughout our trip just about any mound or hill could have been the remains of Mayan buildings.
In the lead in this picture is Daryl followed by Charlene, Karen, Gloria, Clarence, Barbara, and Richard.

Astrid with all of her gear except her camera. Walking staff highly recommended when exploring Mayan ruins. The steps were definitely not geared for comfort and ease in climbing.
