this is a species & while a regular bloomer, I have only photographed it once before, about 8 years ago
unlike most of my orchids I shot this in the backyard, taking advantage of the pleasing bokeh produced by this lens
I did not yet have an ir/cut filter for this lens & this floral would have benefited from one
