the S3 is much more forgiving of point light sources which are a bane of night photography
even though blown, the transition to blown is silky smooth ...one of the best 6 MP sensors of all time, IMHO
unprocessed crop of the preceding
full resolution from 12MB Fine jpg when viewed at original size
