by far & away my favorite spider, though she is a challenge to photograph well
such a hard worker!!!
I first saw her orb between my rear deck & roof facing west Sunday night, with the sun setting to her back, causing difficult lighting & made a note to photograph her in Monday morning
we had some wind that night & in the morning when I went to shoot her, the orb was gone
I was ecstatic to see her starting a new orb between the posts of my deck's roof, which though perfect for photography, may be even more vulnerable to Texas weather's vicissitudes
