Process:
1. copied into new layer
2. converted to B&W and toned to golden yellow
3. copied original image on top, mode lighten, reduced opacity
4. gaussian blur on top (to taste)
5. added colors on the flowers and shoulder strap (brush in color mode)
6. painted right arm with skin color sampled from a non blown out part
