Objective was not to make her skin look like plastic after removal. Hence, subdued, did not totally remove

1. NI (noise reduced only on Y channel - profile set to freckles as noise)
2. Pasted with low opacity on original image
3. exposed more of NIed image on hands - since freckles were much more there
4. sharpened her eyes/lips/nose a tad bit
5. stepped up saturation a bit
