1. usual dup, multiply, gauss. blur in low opacity
2. denoise filter on face, fiddle with opacity, blur skin a bit (hope I did not make it too plastic)
3. blur background - select it and the blur (make sure metal wall is not blurred since its at same dof)
4. show through eyebrows from lower layers
5. lightly colored teeth with dodge on low opacity also lightenend eyes a tad bit
6. some other things I forgot.
