Process:
1. multiple screen layers at varying opacities till desired subject effect
2. dup image -> b&w -> gassian blur, switch to orig. image, load selection, hit delete
3. use the eraser with less opacity at edges to remove background remnants
4. blurred the skin for smoothness after lightening (I had to do this since the original resolution of the image was so less)
