911 T/R 1968

The Porsche 911 T/R were built in 1968.

This particular model was homologated in "GT", the engine was a single plug 2.0L close to the "R" engine with around 180/200ps.

The twing plug was admitted only in France for "GT" cars.

For the 1968 and 1969 season, The 911 T/R was the best car in "GT" for rallye but also used for the Long distance race like the "24 heures du Mans".
