The security guard approached me and asked, "May I help you? Why are you taking pictures of the chairs?"
I was ready to give him a lecture about citizens' rights to photograph in public places but decided to tell him about my photo projects.
I showed him the monitor, telling him I was hoping to capture something artistic.
He took a long look and snidely proclaimed, "That's no art!"

Yesterday was Friday the thirteenth.

It was not a good day!

Not everyone is blessed with your eye, Ray, as is so aptly described in your story.. I like the repetition of lines, and the lens flare adds to the shot!
