An excellent play with shadows, out of focus details, contrast and darkness to make a terribly puzzling image on the scales! What are these spheres on the left? How big is the statue of Libery? Is there a giant tree on the right side?
Not to mention the matching colors of the bronze and the shades.

wonderful how the colour of the statue matches with those of the blinds.the torch itself brings no light but is in fact the only thing (together with the statue that holds it) well-lit...brilliant Ray! ~V~
