Chicken Ka Prow
A Thai recipe for stir fried chicken served with freshly steamed rice.
The ingredients are chicken breast, garlic, sweet basil leaves, chopped green onion, fish sauce, sugar, black pepper and coriander.

Love the flavours of Thai cooking! I just remove the peppers and enjoy what they have done for the rest of the dish.

Wonderful, wonderful Thai food!! One of the best meals I have ever eaten was on a train in the middle of the night from a hawker in a station on the Bangkok to Phitsanulok railway line. I have no idea what it was (I remember sticky rice and spicy chicken...) but it was thrust through the carriage window..."1 Baht! 1 Baht!"....just fantastic food :o)

The dish looks tempting but I think I'll pass on the chili thanks. We have come to an arrangement, I won't eat them and they won't burn me.

Very vivid tones, Walter...Thai food has a habit of creeping up on me & kicking like a mule.The last time I ate it I was at a bbq in a field of Tapioca on a farm near Kanchanaburi. It was there my dislike of chili began :)
