A lesser-known jewel of Old Town Alexandria, Virginia - Vaso's Kitchen, formerly the Dixie Pig Bar-B-Q - was the memorable locale for a birthday party celebrating our wonderful friend Nick. No specifics here, but we were celebrating his 40-something birthday, surrounded by a very warm group of family, friends and co-workers. Always an amazing, inspiring group, no matter whom you meet. The food was a spectacularly delicious representation of greek and greek-inflected dishes.
