I'm not sure how this came about but I ended up shooting the same subject on two consecutive days. I actually posted the shot from tomorrow some time ago (this one is being posted in December) but didn't post this one presumably because it was too similar, but what the hey, it's still a PAD.

Like the one from tomorrow this series of shots features a pair of rainbow parrots. Unlike tomorrow's shots, the pair was divided by one of them sitting in direct sunlight and the second in the shade to the right. That made them, shall we say, poorly exposed on balance. As a result I just cropped the one in the shade out and used sunshine boy here.

I've also desaturated the background a bit to let him stand out.
