Third in a series of shots in which I will document the rise of the Barangaroo South development, the previous ones being on 07 Jan and 13 Mar. I think that once I get on top of posting all of my past PADs (this one is going up in November) I'll start doing it once a month or so.

In this case though a little extra flavour is added by a tug and barge, though I've been unable to identify the tug.
