At this point demolition was proceeding apace on the old exhibition centre Darling Harbour. Most of the building walls had been stripped out leaving only some of the central load bearing constructions as we see here from the vantage point of the light rail station that used to service the centre and still bears its name.

Kitty, long the long gloved logo of the Sydney light rail has also disappeared since then to be replaced by something more nondescript but probably more accurate; I don't recall ever having seen light rail staff in uniforms such as these.
