Some of the trees along Loch Street burst into an incandescent gold as the seasons turn. Doubly so when lit by the afternoon light as shown here. Give it two months, though, and the same streetscape will be showing bare branches.

This is part of a route that I drive perhaps not every week, but certainly regularly. But not for long, and next year this will be someone else's (somewhat) local scene to shoot.
