Yes, these brightly coloured balloons were meant to mark the 100th anniversary of Wrigley's, the chewing gum company. But since I was finishing up my 11th straight day in the office and was looking at a 3 day weekend, I would have to say that bright and colourful was my mood as I walked to the bus stop after leaving the office for the last time that "week".

(Even though I did have to proxy on later that night to finish up some things, and on the Friday the bad juju showed no signs of abating. But hey, I wasn't at work, and that's a plus.)
