Of course, I could lie to you and tell you that there's a deep and profound message in this shot.

But really, there isn't.

The shot that I originally had in mind didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. By this point in the afternoon I knew that my original plans for the weekend were scuppered after I found that I would have to work through at least part of it (all of it, as it turned out), and that there would be little time for photography on Friday evening. And that's also why I'm so far behind posting my PADs.

On the way home I saw this presentation and thought that it looked shutter-worthy. So I took the opportunity, and shot it.

Hmm, perhaps there is a message in there after all. The art of life isn't what you do when everything goes smoothly for you.

It's how you deal with it when it doesn't.
