We went down to see the balloon launches at the Canberra Balloon Spectacular, which was part of the ACT Festival. Unfortunately the wind would have taken the balloons toward Black Mountain, which would have been more than a touch iffy. There were plenty of baskets and burners around the park, but no flying.
