RESCUE, that I'll buy. I mean sure, it's possible for people to get into trouble in any body of water, and having these volunteers patrol the shore is a great thing.

But *SURF* rescue? On St Kilda beach? Surf? I'm just having a little difficulty getting my head around that concept amongst all those roaring 2cm high breakers, there...
