This Kentucky pistol is a modern reproduction .50 caliber flintlock with a 10" barrel, stocked in curly maple and brass furniture. It was hand made, like the originals, by skilled gunmaker Ken Lincavage. It has a wood ramrod under the barrel.
These kind of guns were individually made from the mid-1700s to mid-1800s, and were used in the French and Indian War, the Revolutionary War, the War of 1812, and even the Mexican War.
