Scotch 4x5 Pinhole #1

Mt. Pleasant SC

So, here is #1. Quite happy with the exposure and the image in
general (shot into the early morning sun from the back deck).
However, as you can see, the film did not seat correctly into
the holder when I loaded it in the dark, so I will need to make
sure I have a more obvious 'frame' for it to be located correctly.
Of course, a viewfinder would be handy. This is truly "point and shoot".

This is a straight scan. Of course, I can 'photoshop' this
image - it is a large negative and the .tiff file is 80mb. :-)))

The Scotch Special 4x5, Pinhole, Delta 100 4x5

Delta 100 rated at 50iso. Exposed 44 seconds at f170.
Developed Ilford DD-X 1+4, 8.5 min @20c.

Quite close. Impressive especially when you add your processing touches.

Cool! I think I like the "character" of this unphotoshopped original even better than the tweaked version. Very interesting.

I like this image, Colin. It has a very appealing dreamy quality. V
