An image made "with the Sun over my shoulder" using the Foldex-20,
and Rollei Retro 100 120 roll film, developed in Ilfosol-S, 1:14, 11m @20c.
This 'folder' is about as basic and plain as you will find. But, it makes images. :-)
This is the first roll I have used in this old 'junked' $15.00 Foldex-20,
and I found many longitudinal scratches in the negatives. Upon inspection, I discovered
that there are several tiny 'scars' (? rust bubbles) on the metal frame over which
the film must travel. They will be easily repaired and the surface recoated with Scotch tape.
I have crudely repaired/faded the scratches on this scan using PS - the image is not worthy
of any restoration. The lens seems to be best from about 15' (3m) to maybe 100' (30m),
although at 1/50s shutter speed and a very 'clunky/jerky' shutter release, it may be that infinity focus is also OK.
